Ingredients:  Water, Onion, Tomato puree, Sunflower oil, Garlic, Cane sugar, Ginger, Thickener: Modified starch E1442, Salt, Spices (cumin, coriander, cardamom, turmeric, mace, black pepper, cloves, cassia), Ground red chili, Coriander leaves, Color: Paprika oleoresin E160c, Lemon juice powder.  Allergens: see in bold.
Cooking method:

  * Fry 450g of diced mutton in a pan with one tablespoon of vegetable oil or butter until light brown (approx. 3-4 min)
           * Empty the entire contents of the Mother's recipe Roganjosh sauce and cook, covered, over medium heat for 7-8 minutes or until the meat pieces are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
           * Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
